How it works

1

Submit your profile

After checkout, complete the intake form with your CAGE, UEI, NAICS codes, set-aside status, facility clearance status, performance locations and core capabilities.

2

We screen the market daily

A once-daily batch pull caches active notices. Each notice is filtered for at least 5 calendar days of response runway, checked against hard gates (set-aside, clearance/FCL, place of performance) and scored 0-100%.

3

You receive the brief weekly

A ranked Weekly Shortlist PDF lands in your inbox. Tier 2 subscribers also receive editable .docx capability response drafts, structured to FAR-style Sources Sought conventions, for the best-fit notices.

What every shortlist card shows

Hard gates, first

  • Required set-aside vs. your status - Pass/Fail
  • Security / facility clearance (FCL) required - Pass/Fail
  • Place of performance vs. your footprint - Pass/Fail

Then the decision support

  • 0-100% Match Score with component breakdown
  • Concise Bid/No-Bid rationale
  • Response deadline and days remaining
  • Incumbent / expiring same-NAICS contracts at the agency (USAspending.gov)

Drafts are starting points for your team. Past performance, award numbers, clearances and personnel credentials are never filled in for you - they appear as highlighted placeholders you complete with verified information. You review, edit and submit every response yourself. Billing, invoices and plan changes are handled in the Customer Portal.
